Aged for 2 years before bottling, first 1 year in tuns and barrels, then 1 year in stoneware jars, this predominantly Carignan wine fills the mouth with aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, spices and garrigues. Its long ageing period, followed by bottle ageing, gives it exceptional length on the palate, matched only by its delicacy.
